About the Role:

As a Founding Software Engineer at Bespoke, you’ll play a foundational role in building our cutting-edge data curation platform from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with our team as well as early adopters to invent new technologies that enable enterprises to curate data for post-training AI model fine-tuning. Our work spans the full AI stack, from backend infrastructure to high-level applications. Ideal candidates are problem solvers who can understand the problem in a scientific way and can solve the problem practically.

Tech Stack: Python, GCP, Ray, Kubernetes, NextJS.

What you will do

1. Design and develop backend systems for large-scale distributed systems that handle massive datasets and complex AI workflows
2. Work on data generation and processing pipelines, creating scalable solutions for enterprise data ingestion and transformation.
3. Build and optimize systems to support high throughput data curation and post-tuning at scale.
4. Collaborate with AI researchers to implement new features and tools to the platform.
5. Help shape the core architecture of Bespoke’s platform and contribute to its long-term product vision.
